Ready to go. Compressor is 88 gallons, 2 phase and can keep up with the system running full tilt.
Laser cross hairs may not be essential but they save time for me trying to figure out where the torch will be at any point in time.
I couldn’t find an electrician who was interested in running my 2 50 amp 2 phase outlets so I got the National Eclectic Code and a building permit and did it myself. I guess there wasn’t enough money in it for them even in a down economy.
45 amp Hyperthem torch normally set at 30 amps. That’s an air regulator and a pre filter. The air outlets upstream and downstream just mean that I have a place to hook my air tools. The box is big enough for my soon to be welder.
Homemade storage for sheet metal; those are 24 by 48 inch metal panels on the right and remnants on the left. I clipped out the clutter that naturally accumulates in a garage. The wheels let me move it around a bit when needed.
The red box is the little controller that drives the stepper motors, the box on the right controls the height of the torch automatically.
